Terms of Service

By installing or using InboxAI ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the extension.

1. What InboxAI does

InboxAI connects to your Gmail account, with your permission, to classify, label, and optionally archive emails based on automated rules. It only acts when you click Scan or Clean up — it does not run in the background, send emails on your behalf, or delete anything permanently.

2. Free vs Premium

• Free: 5 scans per day, up to 50 emails per scan, smart labels, basic phishing detection.
• Premium: Unlimited scans, up to 200 emails per scan, bulk cleanup of 500+ emails at once, AI-generated explanations for flagged emails, advanced inbox analytics.

3. Payment and refunds

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay — ₹99/month in India, $1.19/month for international users.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel anytime by simply not renewing — there's no lock-in contract.
• If prices change in the future, we'll show the new price before you pay; it won't change retroactively on a period you've already paid for.

4. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for keeping your own Google account secure.
• You won't use InboxAI to access, label, or archive email on an account that isn't yours without permission.
• You won't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that disrupts it for other users.

5. Automated classification isn't perfect

InboxAI's category and phishing detection is automated and rule-based. It can occasionally mislabel an email or miss something it should have flagged. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard against phishing — use your own judgment, especially for anything involving money or credentials.

6. Data privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or attempt to circumvent scan limits. You can stop using InboxAI at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking its access from your Google Account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use InboxAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
